Case studies
What changed after a Learn AI engagement, in the firm's own words
Case studies from UK law firms, finance teams, and consultancies that have run a Learn AI workshop, Executive Briefing, or 90-Day Enablement. The launch set is anonymised at firm-type and headcount level. Named attribution requires written client permission and follows once firms give it.
- No named client appears without written permission
- Figures banded unless the client approves disclosure
- A trading style of The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd
How to read these case studies
Each case study covers the challenge the firm was facing before the engagement, the specific Learn AI offer delivered, the concrete outcomes the firm produced, and an attributed quote at the role and firm-type level. Where a figure appears without a public citation, it is a firm-reported indicator measured by the client during or after the engagement. No named client appears without documented written permission.

Commercial law firm embeds a verification step before AI work leaves the firm
Secure AI for Fee-Earners workshop for a UK commercial law firm. One written guidance note, a named verification step, consumer-grade AI use on client matters closed off inside six weeks.
“Three different practice groups had three different positions on AI. We walked out with one position, a written rule that fee-earners actually read, and a verification step the COLP signs off. That was worth the fee on its own.”

Regional accountancy practice aligns the partnership on AI before a vendor decision
Executive AI Briefing for a UK accountancy practice. One signed partnership position, one vendor decision inside two weeks, a named owner on the AI register, and consumer-grade AI use on client data closed off inside four weeks.
“We walked in with four different partners and four different positions on AI. We left with one. The vendor decision we had in front of us was decided in the next fortnight, on grounds we could defend to our external auditor.”

Management consultancy moves AI adoption from experimenters to supported team practice
90-Day Enablement for a UK management consultancy. Proposal cycle time from three weeks to eleven days, a forty-two-prompt library the firm owns, and adoption moved from three experimenters to fifteen consultants using AI on live client work.
“We had trained our teams twice already with limited effect. This time the change stuck because the change was supervised for ninety days, not delivered in half a day. The partnership saw a proposal turnaround come down from three weeks to eleven days on a running basis, not only at the end.”
Managing Director, UK management consultancy (20 to 100 employees)
