What we do

We train UK professional teams to use AI in line with the regulatory regime they already operate under. Tier 1 sectors at launch are Legal, Finance and Accounting, and Consulting and Advisory. Our offer ladder:

  • AI Readiness Assessment: free 15-minute diagnostic producing a personalised report on tool use, skills gaps, and recommended next steps.
  • Executive AI Briefing: half-day session for 6 to 12 senior leaders, £2,500 per session.
  • Half-day team workshops: sector-specific skills sessions (Responsible AI in Hiring, Marketing AI Lab, and equivalents for Legal, Finance, and Consulting), £950 plus VAT per session.
  • Blended team programme: four to six weeks of workshops and guided practice, £500 per person (minimum team of 5).
  • 90-Day Enablement Subscription: structured follow-on for a named team of 10 to 25 users, £8,000 for the engagement.
  • Bespoke programmes: scoped on request from £8,000 per engagement.

Who delivers the sessions

Sessions are facilitated by Dee Khabra, Founder of The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd, and by certified associates drawn from the Claude Certified Architect network. The named facilitator for a given engagement is confirmed in writing before booking. The firm is not built around a single individual: the delivery bench is designed so clients can book confidently at the point of demand, and so repeat engagements with the same team are staffed consistently. Associates are UK-based and contracted under the parent company.

How we are different

  • Vendor-neutral. No reseller commissions, no platform lock-in. Training covers the tools your firm already uses or is actively considering, not the tools we are paid to promote.
  • UK-regulation-literate. We treat the SRA, ICAEW, FCA, ICO, and HMRC context as a matter of course, not as a disclaimer at the end of the deck.
  • Senior-audience density. Our material is written for Managing Partners, Finance Directors, and Operations Directors, not for a general SaaS marketing audience.
  • AIC portfolio feeder. Clients who need hands-on implementation after a Learn AI engagement are warm-transferred to The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd, rather than sold a separate implementation product from us.
