Terms of service
The terms that govern your use of learn-ai.io and the AI Readiness Assessment.
Effective date: 13 May 2026.
1. Who provides this service
learn-ai.io and the AI Readiness Assessment are provided by The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 16138782), with registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Learn AI is a trading style of the same company.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of learn-ai.io, including the AI Readiness Assessment diagnostic tool, the cornerstone articles, the sector and role pages, and any other content published on the site. Separate written terms apply to any commercial engagement (Executive AI Briefing, team workshop, 90-day enablement subscription, or bespoke programme) and override these site terms to the extent of any conflict.
3. Use of the AI Readiness Assessment
The Readiness Assessment is offered free of charge as a diagnostic tool. The report it produces is generated with the assistance of a large language model and is informational only. It is not professional advice. It does not create a client relationship between you and Learn AI. It does not amount to a regulated activity. You are responsible for any decisions you take based on the report.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site and the Assessment for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to bypass technical controls, run automated scripts against the Assessment Server Action, submit deliberately misleading information for the purpose of disrupting the service, or attempt to extract personal data of other users.
5. Intellectual property
The site content (text, structure, design, articles, and diagrams) is the property of The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd or its licensors. You may read, share, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish full pages or articles without our written permission. The Learn AI name and any logos are trade marks of The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd.
6. Personal data
How we collect, process, and retain personal data is set out in the privacy policy. The privacy policy forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
We provide the site and the Assessment on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Changes to these terms
When we make a material change to these terms, the updated version replaces this page at the same URL with a new effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
